German apple strudel
Today we are preparing an apple strudel. The filo dough is ideal for him. It is layered, crispy, and the filling is juicy and fragrant.

Ingredients
- 120 g filo dough
- 2 pcs apple
- 40 g raisins
- 1 tbsp bread crumbs
- 1 pc egg yolk
- 80 g butter
- 40 g walnut
Instructions
- Prepare everything you need. Filo dough to get out of the freezer in advance, but do not open the package. Let it thaw, it will take 1.5-2 hours. Melt butter, chop walnuts into crumbs. Rinse the raisins.
- For the filling, peel the apples from the skin and seeds, cut arbitrarily, but not too large. Add raisins and breadcrumbs. They will absorb excess moisture during the baking process. Mix it up.2 pcs apple, 40 g raisins, 1 tbsp bread crumbs

- Lubricate all remaining filo layers with oil. Put the filling at the edge in the form of a thick roller.80 g butter
- Make one turn, wrap the side edges up.
- Make another turn. The seam should be at the bottom. Lubricate with egg yolk. If desired, sprinkle with sugar or walnuts.1 pc egg
- Bake in the oven at 160 degrees for 15-20 minutes, the surface will brown. Filo dough strudel with apples is ready. If you decide to serve it warm, then it's good to add a ball of ice cream.
