  • 10 ml vegetable oil for frying the base

  • Prepare the necessary ingredients.

  • Grate the young zucchini with its skin on a coarse grater.

  • Add 4 g of salt to the zucchini. Mix and leave for 10 minutes. After that, squeeze the zucchini to remove the released juice.

  • Add another 4 g of salt, flour, and egg.

  • Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
    Pizza Dough
  • Pour a little refined sunflower oil into the pan. Heat it over moderate heat. Spread the dough and level it with a spatula. Cover the pan with a lid and fry our pizza base until it is nicely browned.

  • Flip the zucchini base. The most convenient way to do this is as follows: cover the pan with a large flat plate and turn it over. Then carefully transfer the base back to the pan from the plate. Also, fry under the lid on the other side until a golden crust forms.

  • Transfer the ready base to a baking sheet. Put chopped basil, garlic, and half of the grated cheese on it. Then lay out tomatoes and sausage, sliced into circles. Finally, sprinkle with the remaining amount of cheese.
