  • 120 g carrot
  • 100 g onion
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 4 tbsp vegetable oil for frying
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp vinegar apple
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 4 clove garlic
  • 1.5 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp ginger ground
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • ¼ tbsp salt
  • sesame seeds for serving

  • Prepare the ingredients.

  • Cut the meat into small pieces.

  • Add paprika, ginger, and starch to the fillet. The starch will form a protective film around the pieces of meat and help keep the chicken juicy.
