Ingredients
- 250 g dumplings
- 80 g sour cream
- 100 g cheese
- 1 bunch dill
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper black, ground
Instructions
- Prepare the necessary ingredients.
- Pour cold water into a pot and put it on the fire. Add salt. Bring to a boil and add your favorite dumplings. Cook, stirring occasionally, according to the dumplings’ instructions. Remove the cooked dumplings with a slotted spoon onto a plate.250 g dumplings, 1 pinch salt

- Depending on your preferences, you can wait until the cheese just melts, or brown it to get a characteristic cheese crust. Dumplings baked with sour cream and cheese are ready.
