Carrot cookies

- 75 g sugar

- 1 pinch salt
- 225 g flour
- 45 g raisins
Instructions
- Prepare the necessary ingredients.
- Pour boiling water over the raisins. Leave them for 10 minutes.45 g raisins

- Add 175 grams of sifted flour and knead the dough.225 g flour
- Add the steamed raisins (previously dried with paper towels) and carrot, grated on a fine grater, to the dough.90 g carrot, 45 g raisins
- Since the carrot is juicy, the dough becomes sticky after adding it. Therefore, add about 50 grams more flour.225 g flour
- Periodically wetting your hands with water, form balls weighing approximately 50 grams each. Lay them out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spaced apart. Then slightly press down each ball of dough with your palm to make the cookies flat.
- Bake the carrot cookies in a preheated 180ยฐC oven for 20-25 minutes.
- After cooling, the carrot cookies become crunchy and crumbly. Serve with milk or tea. Enjoy your meal!
