  • 1 pc onion
  • 1 tbsp semolina
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 pc egg

  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper ground

  • Prepare everything necessary. Disassemble the cauliflower into florets, peel the vegetables.

  • Place the cauliflower in a skillet. Pour in water and put on the stove. Boil for 10 minutes after boiling. The florets should become soft.

  • In the meantime, pour vegetable oil into the pan, add grated carrot and coarsely chopped onion. Fry until the vegetables are soft and slightly browned.
