Cauliflower fritters
Today we are cooking juicy and fragrant patties. Despite the absence of meat in the composition, they turn out to be very tasty and satisfying. Cauliflower fritters on the table.

Ingredients
- 300 g cauliflower
- 1 pc carrot
- 1 pc onion
- 1 tbsp semolina
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 pc egg
- for frying vegetable oil
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper ground
Instructions
- Prepare everything necessary. Disassemble the cauliflower into florets, peel the vegetables.
- Place the cauliflower in a skillet. Pour in water and put on the stove. Boil for 10 minutes after boiling. The florets should become soft.300 g cauliflower
- In the meantime, pour vegetable oil into the pan, add grated carrot and coarsely chopped onion. Fry until the vegetables are soft and slightly browned.1 pc carrot, for frying vegetable oil, 1 pc onion
- Drain the cauliflower well, place in a bowl and mash with a fork or blender. It is not necessary to achieve complete homogeneity.
- Add the fried vegetables, egg.1 pc egg

- Mix. The dough should be thick, not watery, so that it can be taken with hands. If the mixture is too liquid, add a little more semolina.
- Form the patties by hand into a traditional shape or as a puck, as desired. Lay out on a skillet with vegetable oil, fry over medium heat for 2 minutes, then flip. The blanks should brown well.
- Serve the cauliflower patties immediately, nicely complemented with sour cream, herbs.
