  • Mix, the cornstarch lumps dissolve well in the cherry juice. If using fresh cherries, there will not be enough juice, so the cornstarch should be diluted in a small amount of water beforehand. Place the saucepan on the stove. Stir constantly and bring to a boil. The cornstarch will thicken and the mixture will become thick, similar to jelly.
