Chicken stir fry with rice
Fragrant and crumbly rice with chicken is a simplified, but no less delicious version of the classic pilaf. Fry vegetables and chicken, add rice, pour water and a hearty lunch or dinner for the whole family is ready.

- 200 g rice
- 200 g chicken fillet
- 1 pc yellow onion
- 2 clove garlic
- 1 pc carrot

Instructions
- Prepare the necessary ingredients. Rice can be taken of any variety.
- Peel the onion, cut into small pieces and put it in a frying pan. Fry in vegetable oil over medium heat for approximately 3 minutes until golden brown.1 pc yellow onion, vegetable oil
- Carrots are washed, cleaned, three on a coarse grater. Cut the garlic into small pieces and add it together with the carrots to the pan. Fry for 3 minutes, at this time a rich garlic flavor will appear.1 pc carrot, 2 clove garlic
- Cut the chicken into pieces of any size. Pour out to the vegetables and continue cooking. It is not necessary to fry the fillet until it is ready, it will be cooked together with rice.200 g chicken fillet
- Rinse the rice in cold water and pour it into the pan. We put the fire on the minimum and close the lid. Leave for 10 minutes.200 g rice
- Pour cold water based on the following proportions. For one glass of rice โ one glass of water. Add salt and black pepper. Stir and cook with the lid closed on a lower-than-average heat for 20 minutes. We do not open the lid during the cooking process.
