  • Break the chocolate into pieces and transfer to a bowl. It is convenient to use chocolate chips instead of a chocolate bar. Add butter and melt until smooth, stirring occasionally. This can be done in a double boiler or in a microwave. Leave to cool slightly.

  • Add flour and mix until smooth without lumps. Grease the baking mold with vegetable oil. Transfer the dough to the mold. Send to a preheated oven and bake for about 10-12 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. The final baking time depends on the volume of the mold. The walls and top of the fondant should visually bake well and hold their shape. The main thing is not to overcook the dessert so that the inside remains liquid.

  • Remove the mold from the oven and let it stand for a couple of minutes. It can be served directly in the mold or transferred to a separate plate. To do this, cover the mold with a plate and quickly flip it over so that the fondant ends up on the plate. Serve hot. You can decorate with powdered sugar, grated chocolate, or just serve with a scoop of ice cream. In any case, the dish will be amazingly delicious. Bon appétit!
