  • 115 g cod liver
  • 1 pc cucumber fresh
  • 2 pcs egg
  • ½ pc red onion
  • 1 bunch green onion
  • 1 pc lemon
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 pinch salt

  • Prepare the necessary ingredients.

  • Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise. Using a knife, make several long slices from the central part. Cut the remaining part into small cubes.

  • Boil the eggs until hard-boiled and chop them into large pieces. Finely chop the green onion.

  • Peel and slice the purple onion into thin strips. Marinate the prepared slices in lemon juice for 10 minutes.

  • Place the cod liver on a paper towel to remove excess oil. Then divide the piece into large fragments. If the texture of the product is firm enough, it can simply be cut into cubes.

  • In a bowl, mix the chopped eggs, green and purple onions, cucumber cubes, and liver. Leave some marinated onion slices for decoration.

  • Place the prepared salad in the center of the culinary ring and press it slightly.

  • Prepare the dressing with vegetable oil, salt, and a few drops of lemon juice.
