Cottage cheese oatmeal pancakes
We are preparing not quite traditional syrniki. On the table are cottage cheese oatmeal pancakes. You can add any fruits you like, today it's apples. The dish is tender, soft, but at the same time holds its shape well.

- 2 tbsp oat flakes quick-cooking
- 1 pc apple
- ยผ tsp cinnamon ground
- 1 tsp sugar

Instructions
- Prepare everything necessary. If you are using wet soft cottage cheese, then you should take a little more flakes.
