Grilled chicken caesar salad

Caesar salad with chicken is one of the most popular dishes in the world. It is present in the menu of almost any cafe or restaurant. Despite the small variety of ingredients, its taste is very harmonious. The whole secret is in the salad dressing, which complements and combines all the components.

  • 1 blender
  • 1 knife
  • 1 chopping board
  • 1 frying pan
  • 1 grater
  • 1 tablespoon

Ingredients
  

  • 150 g chicken fillet
  • 100 g bread white optional
  • 3-4 pcs tomato
  • 5-6 leaves iceberg lettuce
  • 3 pcs quail egg
  • 40 ml olive oil
  • 1 tsp russian mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 50 g cheese masdam
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch mixture of Provencal herbs
  • boiling water

Instructions
 

  • Prepare everything you need. Cut white bread into small pieces and plane on a baking sheet. Baking 10-15 minutes. Croutons are ready.

  • For the sauce, pour boiling water over the quail eggs and leave for 2 minutes. Thanks to this procedure, eggs undergo at least minimal heat treatment.

  • Break eggs into a small bowl. Pour in the olive oil. Put mustard there, add lemon juice, a little salt.
    40 ml olive oil, 1 tsp russian mustard, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 pinch salt
  • And half of the cheese shredded.
    50 g cheese
  • Beat with an immersion blender until a homogeneous sauce is obtained. Try and adjust by salt and acid.
  • Cut the chicken fillet into arbitrary pieces about 2 centimeters thick. Add salt and sprinkle with herbs of Provence. Heat a small amount of olive oil in a frying pan, put the chicken.

  • Fry on medium heat for 2 minutes, then turn over and cook the same amount.
  • Wash the salad leaves, shake well and tear with your hands. Place on a serving plate, pour over the prepared sauce.

  • Place pieces of chicken fillet and tomatoes on a plate.
    3-4 pcs tomato
  • Add croutons. Pour the sauce over again.
  • Sprinkle with grated cheese.
  • Caesar salad with chicken is ready. Serve immediately.
