Homemade beef burgers

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pcs bun for hamburger
  • 200 g ground beef
  • 1 pc yellow onion
  • 1 pc red onion
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp sugar brown
  • 1 tsp paprika smoked ground
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4 pcs salad leaves
  • 2-3 pcs tomato
  • 50 g cheese hard-pressed
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

Instructions
 

  • Prepare everything you need.
  • Season the ground beef with salt and ground pepper, mix and throw it into a bowl several times. So it will thicken.
    200 g ground beef, 1 pinch salt, 1 pinch pepper
  • Divide into two parts, from each make a flat patty about a centimeter thick and with a diameter equal to the diameter of a hamburger bun. It is convenient to form a cutlet between layers of food wrap. For now, put the blanks in the refrigerator.
  • For the sauce, cut the yellow onion as small as possible, fry in vegetable oil until transparent, do not brown too much. Add tomato paste, brown sugar.

  • Smoked paprika and crushed garlic.

  • Keep on low heat for 1-2 minutes. If the sauce is excessively thick, pour in a couple of tablespoons of water. 
  • Heat the frying pan well, brush with oil and lay out the cutlet.

  • Fry on medium heat for 2 minutes, turn over and place pieces of cheese on top. Keep the same amount. The cheese will melt from the temperature.

  • Cut the hamburger bun lengthwise into two parts. Apply the prepared barbecue sauce on both.
