Homemade french toast

Ingredients
- 5 pcs bread white toast
- 2 pcs egg
- 80 g milk
- 30 g butter 82%
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 pinch cinnamon
Instructions
- Prepare the necessary ingredients. Cut the bread into slices at least 1 centimeter thick or you can use pre-sliced. It is advisable to take bread that is not too fresh, otherwise it will soak and not hold its shape.
- Wash the eggs and crack them into a plate. It is very convenient to use a deep plate with wide edges so that the bread can fit freely. Stir with a fork or whisk.2 pcs egg

- Put the butter on the pan and melt it on the stove. Dip each piece of bread on both sides in the egg-milk mixture.30 g butter, 5 pcs bread
- Place on the heated pan and cook for a few minutes.
- Flip to the other side and leave for a couple more minutes until browned. During cooking, adjust the heat so that the toasts are well cooked but not burnt. If the pieces start to stick to the pan during frying, add a little more butter. Cook all the pieces in this way.
- Place the finished toasts on a plate, decorate with sliced banana and fresh berries, and sprinkle with powdered sugar on top. Enjoy your meal!
