  • 2 pcs hot dog bun
  • 2 pcs sausage

  • 50 g cheese
  • 1 pc yellow onion
  • 2 tbsp distilled white vinegar
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp ketchup

Instructions

  • Prepare everything necessary. Remove the casing from the sausages. It's better to use red onion, it has a milder taste.
    Necessary ingredients
  • Slice the onion into thin fragments. Put it in a bowl, pour over with just boiled water, add vinegar, stir. Leave for 5 minutes. If you have traditional white onion, we recommend keeping it in the marinade a little longer and covering the bowl from the top so that the onion steams and the excessive bitterness goes away.
