Homemade teriyaki sauce recipe

- 100 ml soy sauce
- 70 ml water
- 40 g sugar
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 tablespoon wine vinegar optional 9% vinegar
- 5 cloves garlic
- 3 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon ginger root optional marinated
Instructions
- Prepare the necessary ingredients.
