Non alcoholic mulled wine

Ingredients
- 1 l grape juice red
- 200 ml water
- 2 pcs orange
- 1 pcs lemon
- 1 tsp cinnamon ground
- ยฝ tsp ginger root ground
- honey to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the specified ingredients. Red grape juice is best, but you can also use white.
- Pour water into a pot and add cinnamon and ginger. You can also add cloves, cardamom, star anise, nutmeg, depending on what you have and your taste preferences. Ideally, use whole spices, but ground ones will also work.200 ml water, 1 tsp cinnamon, ยฝ tsp ginger root
- Bring to a boil and simmer for a couple of minutes. Remove from heat and pour in the grape juice.1 l grape juice
- Wash the fruits. Squeeze the juice from one orange. Slice the second one. Cut a couple of thin lemon slices. Put the sliced fruits and the squeezed juice into the pot.2 pcs orange, 1 pcs lemon
- Place on the heat. Heat the mixture, but do not let it boil.
- Remove from heat, add honey to taste, stir until completely dissolved. Cover with a lid and let steep for another 10 minutes.honey
- Mulled wine is ready. Strain through a strainer, pour into cups or glasses, garnish with an orange slice, and serve hot.
