Ingredients
- 650 g chicken fillet
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 2 tbsp starch
- 1 pc onion
- 1 pc egg
- 1 clove garlic optional
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper ground
Instructions
- Prepare the specified ingredients.
- Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces. The size can vary to your taste, some people like a finer homogeneous texture, while others like to feel the pieces of meat.650 g chicken fillet

- Mix the ingredients. Add the starch and mix thoroughly. In principle, you can start frying the patties right away, but we recommend putting the plate with the resulting minced meat in the refrigerator for half an hour. In this case, the patties will be more delicious and aromatic.2 tbsp starch
- On a heated frying pan with vegetable oil, lay out approximately the same amount of minced meat and slightly spread it over the surface so that the patties are flat. Fry on both sides until done and a characteristic golden crust appears.
