Pears belle helene
Today we are preparing a dessert – pear with chocolate. A step-by-step recipe will help you repeat the exquisite French dish – Belle-Helene pears. Thanks to spices and impregnation with syrup, pear becomes tender and incredibly fragrant. This recipe is a magic wand for the party.

Ingredients
- 4 pc pear
- 150 g sugar
- 1.5 liter water
- 2 stick cinnamon
- 1-2 star anise
- 50 g chocolate dark
- 1 handful pistachio
Instructions
- Prepare everything you need. Choose ripe pears, but quite dense, all fruits should be approximately the same.
- Pour sugar into a saucepan of a suitable size, put cinnamon and star anise. Pour in the water and put it on the cooking stove.150 g sugar, 2 stick cinnamon, 1-2 star anise, 1.5 liter water
- Meanwhile, wash and peel the pears, donโt remove fruit stems.4 pc pear
- When the syrup boils, put the pears in it. The liquid should be enough for the fruit to float freely in it.
- Boil for 5 minutes after re-boiling. Place a plate on top, the pears should be completely immersed in the syrup. Leave it for a couple of hours until it cools down completely.
- Remove the pears, dry them. Melt the chocolate in the microwave, adding 3 tablespoons of pear syrup. Dip each pear in chocolate.50 g chocolate
- Sprinkle crushed pistachios already on a plate. You can use any other nuts or coconut chips. Dessert pear with chocolate is ready.1 handful pistachio
