Plum beef

Ingredients
- 300 g beef
- 200 g plum
- 80 g onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- ยผ tsp paprika ground
- ยผ tsp hops-suneli
- ยฝ tsp sugar
- ยผ tsp salt
- 1 bunch dill and parsley
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Prepare everything necessary.
- Fry the onion petals in vegetable oil until golden spots appear. Remove to a plate.1 tbsp vegetable oil, 80 g onion
- Cut the beef into large pieces, place on the same pan. Keep on high heat, stirring, for 3-4 minutes.300 g beef
- Peel half of the plums from the skin and pits, add the flesh to the meat.200 g plum

- Cover and simmer on low heat for 30-40 minutes, the meat should become tender, and the plums and onions will turn into a thick sauce. If the juiciness of the plums is not enough and the contents start to stick to the bottom, you can gradually add water or broth. Add salt and sugar. - Cut the other half of the plums into large slices, add chopped garlic and herbs.2 cloves garlic, 1 bunch dill
- Heat for 2-3 minutes, taste. You may need to add a little sugar or spices. The beef with plums is ready.
