  • 80 g onion
  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 1 bunch dill and parsley
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

  • Prepare everything necessary.

  • Cut the beef into large pieces, place on the same pan. Keep on high heat, stirring, for 3-4 minutes.

  • Peel half of the plums from the skin and pits, add the flesh to the meat.

  • Return the onion, season with hops-suneli and paprika.

  • Cover and simmer on low heat for 30-40 minutes, the meat should become tender, and the plums and onions will turn into a thick sauce. If the juiciness of the plums is not enough and the contents start to stick to the bottom, you can gradually add water or broth. Add salt and sugar. The sweetness will balance the acidity of the plums.

  • Cut the other half of the plums into large slices, add chopped garlic and herbs.
