Sorrel smoothie

Today we cook sorrel smoothie. Healthy, nutritious drink from sorrel and banana. Sourness of sorrel perfectly neutralizes sweetness of honey and banana. You can use both usual water and sparkling one. If you want, you can add some ice.

  • 1 blender
  • 2 glass


  • 100 g sorrel
  • 1 pcs banana
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 3-4 leaves mint
  • 300 ml water


  • Put washed sorrel, banana’s pieces, mint and liquid honey in blender’s bowl. 
    100 g sorrel, 1 pcs banana, 3-4 leaves mint, 1 tsp honey
  • Pour water and beat all ingredients until they will as good pre-grind as possible. If desired, diluted with water to the right consistency. Sorrel smoothie is ready. 
    300 ml water
  • Serve into glasses or bottles and bring to the table.
