Sorrel smoothie
Today we cook sorrel smoothie. Healthy, nutritious drink from sorrel and banana. Sourness of sorrel perfectly neutralizes sweetness of honey and banana. You can use both usual water andย sparkling one. If you want,ย you can add some ice.ย

- 2 glass
Ingredients
- 100 g sorrel
- 1 pcs banana
- 1 tsp honey
- 3-4 leaves mint
- 300 ml water
Instructions
- Put washed sorrel, bananaโs pieces,ย mintย andย liquid honey in blenderโs bowl.ย100 g sorrel, 1 pcs banana, 3-4 leaves mint, 1 tsp honey
- Pour water and beat all ingredients until they willย as good pre-grind as possible. If desired,ย diluted with water to the right consistency. Sorrel smoothie is ready.ย300 ml water
- Serve into glasses or bottles and bring to the table.
