Apple oatmeal pancakes
Today we are cooking apple oatmeal pancakes in a pan without flour and eggs. It is perfect for those who adhere to a healthy diet, and such a dessert will not harm your waistline. The dish is very simple and quick to prepare, no more difficult than ordinary pancakes, so feel free to cook it for breakfast or dessert.

Ingredients
- 1 pc apple large
- 70 g oat flakes
- 200 g yogurt drinkable
- ยฝ tsp baking powder
- ยฝ tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Prepare the specified ingredients. Choose sweet varieties of apples, because we will not add sugar to the pancakes. The yogurt should be natural, without sugar and flavor additives.
- Grind the oat flakes in a blender into crumbs.70 g oat flakes
- Pour them with yogurt, mix and let them stand for a while to swell. If the yogurt is too thick, you may need to increase its amount slightly.200 g yogurt
- Add baking powder and cinnamon. Peel the apple and grate it on a coarse grater. Put it to the oatmeal and mix thoroughly so that the ingredients are evenly distributed. Also, at this stage, you can add sugar or its substitute to your taste. We will not do this, as the apple is sweet enough, so the pancakes will be tasty even without sugar.
