Bananas in caramel

- 2 tbsp water
Instructions
- Prepare everything necessary.
- Cut the bananas into slices about 1.5-2 centimeters thick. Do not make them thinner, otherwise, they will lose their shape quickly when frying.2 pcs banana
- Pour sugar into the frying pan, add water. Put on the stove, the fire – medium. Stirring by shaking the pan, wait until the sugar dissolves and light bubbles appear.2 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp water
- Then it will become noticeable how the caramel begins to darken from the edges. Here you should intensively rotate the pan so that the mass becomes evenly amber.
- Lay out the bananas. Fry on high heat for a minute, mix.
- All pieces should ‘bathe’ in caramel. It is very important not to overdo it so that the bananas do not turn into mush, but only slightly soften.
- Fried bananas in caramel are ready. They are served hot. It is good to add a scoop of ice cream, you can sprinkle with dessert spices or ground cinnamon.
