Beer brined chicken wings
Beer brined chicken wings on a frying pan are suitable for serving for lunch, dinner, or a small family celebration. Initially, the chicken pieces are fried in a hot pan with the addition of oil, and then stewed in beer. This cooking method allows you to get juicy tender meat that simply melts in your mouth. For the recipe, you should choose the same parts of the chicken – shoulders or forearm parts. It is permissible to prepare cut chicken fillet in this way. The beer can be any, of your choice, the strength does not matter.

- 12 pcs chicken wings
- 250 ml beer light
- 30 ml vegetable oil
- ⅓ tsp garlic granulated
- ⅓ tsp nutmeg
- ⅓ tsp thyme
- hot pepper on the tip of a knife
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients.
