- 1 knife
- 1 chopping board
- 1 paper towel
- 1 grater
- 1 food wrap
- 1 baking sheet
Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken wings
- 80 ml soy sauce
- ½ tsp paprika smoked
- 100 g cheese hard
- 2-3 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp Russian mustard
Instructions
- Prepare everything you need.
- Wash the chicken wings and cut them into three parts at the joints. Do not use the thinnest part, as it has no meat. Dry the rest on a paper towel and put them in a bowl. Pour in the soy sauce.1 kg chicken wings, 80 ml soy sauce
- Add mustard, smoked paprika, and minced garlic. Sprinkle with finely grated cheese.½ tsp paprika, 2-3 cloves garlic, 1 tsp Russian mustard, 100 g cheese
- Mix well to evenly distribute the marinade. Cover with cling film and leave for at least 2-3 hours at room temperature. It’s better to refrigerate and marinate for 10-12 hours.
- Arrange on a baking sheet, keeping a small distance between each piece so that the chicken bakes and does not stew.
- Place in the oven and cook at 170 ℃ for 25-30 minutes. The skin should become crispy and the meat should easily come off the bones. Optionally, you can sprinkle with cheese and broil for a couple of minutes. The baked wings with cheese are ready. It’s best to serve them immediately, offering your favorite sauce on the side.
