Ingredients
  

  • 3 pcs carrots
  • 2 pcs potatoes
  • 1 pc onion
  • 200-250 ml cream 10%
  • 1 cup water or vegetable broth
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • ¼ tsp ginger dried
  • ½ tsp curry
  • parsley for garnish
  • 1 pinch salt

  • Prepare the necessary ingredients.

  • Finely chop the onion, put it in a saucepan and sauté it in vegetable oil.

  • Cut the carrots into large pieces about 0.5 cm thick, add them to the onion, and sauté together for another 5 minutes over medium heat.

  • Add peeled and diced potatoes to the sauté. Pour water or broth over the vegetables so that the liquid covers them by about 1-2 cm. Add salt and cook the soup over low heat for 20 minutes. Add spices 2-3 minutes before the end of cooking.
