Cherry latice pie
Cherry latice pie shortcrust pastry – will please guests and family with a tasty treat for tea. A universal recipe for making dough

Ingredients
- 200 g flour
- 2 pcs egg
- 350 g cherry
- 150 g sugar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 130 g butter
- 1 teaspoon vanillin or vanilla sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder or baking soda with vinegar
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Prepare the necessary ingredients.
- Crack two eggs into a bowl.2 pcs egg
- Whisk with a whisk.

- Divide the dough into two unequal parts.
- Roll out the larger piece of dough. Transfer to a baking sheet previously greased with butter. Lay out the pitted cherries. You can sprinkle sugar on top.350 g cherry
- Create strips from the second part of the dough. Lay them on top of the cherries.
- Preheat the oven to 180โ. Bake for 30-40 minutes. You get a delicious cherry pie based on shortcrust pastry. Bon appรฉtit!
