Chicken breast broccoli and noodle casserole
Dishes of the 'two in one' type are always popular with housewives. Here you have both meat and a side dish. Today we have a chicken breast broccoli and noodle casserole, noodles, and cheese baked in the oven. Soft, juicy, satisfying.

Ingredients
- 200 g chicken breast
- 120 g spaghetti
- 120 g broccoli
- 150 g sour cream
- 2 pcs egg
- 2 cloves garlic
- 50 g cheese
- ¼ tsp pepper ground
- ½ tsp vegetable oil
- ¼ tsp salt
Instructions
- Prepare everything necessary. The broccoli here is frozen, no need to thaw.
- In a pot, bring water to a boil, add the noodles. After boiling, cook for 3 minutes. It’s not necessary to cook them until they’re completely soft. In fact, already cooked noodles will work for this dish as well. Drain the noodles well.120 g spaghetti
- Cut the chicken breast into small pieces, divide the broccoli into small florets. Add to the noodles.200 g chicken breast, 120 g broccoli
- Mix together.
- For the sauce, in a bowl, combine sour cream, eggs, pressed garlic, salt, and ground pepper.150 g sour cream, 2 pcs egg, 2 cloves garlic, ¼ tsp salt, ¼ tsp pepper
- Grease the baking dish, here sized 10×18 cm, with vegetable oil. Add the noodles with broccoli and chicken.½ tsp vegetable oil
- Top with the prepared sour cream and egg sauce.
- Bake in the oven at 170 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes. The eggs should set well. Avoid excessive browning of the surface.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese.50 g cheese
- Return to the oven for 5-7 minutes.
- The chicken casserole with broccoli, noodles, and cheese is ready. Serve immediately, complemented with herbs, vegetables.
