  • 80 g flour


  • Prepare the specified ingredients.

  • Put the chicken in a pot with cold water and cook on low heat for 30 minutes after boiling. Be sure to remove the foam that forms.

  • In the meantime, peel and wash the vegetables. Cut the potatoes into pieces and put them in the ready broth, and take out the chicken to cool. Fry the finely chopped onion in a pan with vegetable oil.

  • Grate the carrot and add it to the onion. Fry until soft.

  • Put the carrots and onions in the pot, add salt, bay leaf, and ground black pepper. Cut the chicken into arbitrary pieces and put it in the pot.

  • In a separate bowl, crack the eggs. Add a pinch of salt and beat with a fork or whisk. Add flour and mix until smooth.

  • Take a teaspoon of dough and use another teaspoon to drop it into the soup. It is optimal to use dough the size of up to a third of a teaspoon, because it expands during cooking. Thus, put all the dough in the pot. After the dumplings float, cook for another 10 minutes. Cut the dill, garlic, put them in the pot and leave to stand for another 5-7 minutes.
