Christmas plum cake
Today we are making a christmas plum cake. Note that there are no eggs or dairy products in the composition, so the dessert can be considered fasting. The cake turns out soft, rich and diverse in taste.

Ingredients
- 80 g sugar
- 100 ml orange juice
- 50 ml vegetable oil
- 150 g flour
- 150 g dried fruits dried apricots, prunes
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Prepare everything you need. You can use any dried fruits to your taste, here are dried apricots and prunes. Any other juice will do, apple juice works well.
- In a bowl, add sugar and pour in orange juice. If you squeeze it yourself, you can squeeze it with the pulp, the cake will only benefit from it.80 g sugar, 100 ml orange juice, 1 pinch salt
- Pour in vegetable oil.50 ml vegetable oil
- Mix. Wash and chop the dried fruits.150 g dried fruits
- Add flour and baking powder.150 g flour, 1 tsp baking powder
- Mix. The dough will be quite thick.
- Grease the baking pan, here it is rectangular 18×12 cm, with vegetable oil, preheat in the oven. Put the dough, level it.
- Bake in the oven at 170 โ for 25-30 minutes. Pierce with a wooden skewer, if it comes out dry and the surface is well browned, it’s time to remove it.
- The cake with dried apricots and prunes is ready. Let it cool slightly before cutting, then it won’t crumble.
