Cloud eggs
If you are tired of the usual scrambled eggs for breakfast, we suggest preparing a fluffy alternative – cloud eggs. The whole family will be delighted with such an original version of an egg breakfast. For the whites to beat perfectly, the eggs must be cold.
Equipment
- 1 mixer
- 1 baking sheet
- 1 baking paper
- 1 teaspoon
- 1 mix bowl
Ingredients
- 2 pcs egg
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- for garnish greens
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
Instructions
- Prepare the necessary ingredients.
- Separate the whites from the yolks. Transfer the whites to a blender bowl.2 pcs egg
- Leave the yolks directly in the shells and set them aside, we will need them later.
- Whip the whites with a whisk attachment until stiff.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and grease it with vegetable oil.1 tsp vegetable oil
- Lay the whites on the paper and form two nests, leaving the center of each empty.
- Put the baking sheet in a preheated 180 โ oven for 3 minutes.
- Once the whites are set and golden brown, remove them from the oven and place a yolk in the center of each nest.
- Season with pepper on top and put back in the oven for one and a half minutes.1 pinch salt, 1 pinch pepper
- Serve the finished dish on a piece of whole grain or rye bread, garnished with greens.for garnish greens
