- Mix. While continuing to whisk, start adding the egg mixture with a spoon.
- As a result, you will get almond cream with the consistency of soft butter.
- Using a spoon, shape it into rolls on a mat or parchment paper. Put in the freezer for 2-3 hours. The pieces should freeze well.
- Roll out the puff pastry into a rectangle to a thickness of a few millimeters. Cut into triangles. Place a piece of almond filling at the base of each triangle.250 g puff pastry
- Roll up like a roll. After the first turn, try to pack the cream as tightly as possible so that it does not leak during baking.
- Transfer to a baking sheet. Leave to rise for 15 minutes.
