Homemade chicken and rice soup
We offer a recipe for a very simple, but delicious and appetizing first course for the whole family. Today we are cooking homemade chicken and rice soup. It can be cooked both on lean broth and on water, we will cook on chicken broth.

Ingredients
- 1 pc chicken fillet
- 2 pcs potato
- 3 tbsp rice
- 1 pc onion
- 2 tbsp green peas frozen
- 1 pc carrot
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
Instructions
- Prepare the specified ingredients. Vegetables need to be peeled and washed. Instead of fillet, you can use other meat at your discretion.
- Put the fillet in a pot with cold water and put it on the fire. Cook until the meat is ready. Foam will form during cooking, it must be removed. Take out the boiled chicken to cool.1 pc chicken fillet
- Cut the potatoes into cubes and put them in the broth. Rinse the rice with water and also send it to the pot. Cook over medium heat.2 pcs potato, 3 tbsp rice
- In the meantime, finely chop the onion, and grate the carrot. Fry slightly in a pan with the addition of a small amount of vegetable oil.1 pc onion, 1 pc carrot
- Add green peas. You can do without it if it is not available or replace it with other vegetables, such as bell pepper. It will also be very tasty.2 tbsp green peas
- Cut the cooled chicken into arbitrary pieces and send it to the pot. Also put the vegetables there. Stir, add salt, pepper and other spices to taste and cook for another 10 minutes. By this time, the rice and potatoes should be fully cooked.1 pinch salt, 1 pinch pepper
