Old fashioned baked macaroni and cheese

  • 250 g pasta 
  • 300 ml milk
  • 70 g cheese Russian
  • 70 g cheese Maasdam
  • 50 g butter
  • 1 pinch nutmeg ground
  • ¼ tsp paprika ground smoked
  • 1 tsp flour
  • ½ tsp salt


  • Prepare everything you need. For that meal it is better to choose a hollow pasta with an opening that it is filled with cheese sauce. Cheeses choose on your taste, you can combine some of them.
  • In a saucepan, boil water, add pasta and salt. Cook after boiling half of the time recommended on the package.
