Peach galette
Today for dessert we will have a very tasty and beautiful peach galette. Crispy dough and juicy aromatic filling. The appearance is simply stunning.

Ingredients
- 200 g flour
- 50 ml boiling water
- 50 ml vegetable oil
- 50 g sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 pcs peach
Instructions
- Prepare everything you need.

- Rub with your hands until you get a crumbly texture. Pour boiling water all at once and mix vigorously. Be careful, as the dough is hot, use a fork at the initial stages.50 ml boiling water
- Knead the dough with your hands. The dough is warm, soft, and not sticky at all. It is very pleasant to work with. Wrap in cling film and leave for half an hour.
- Spread the dough with your hands into a 3 mm thick circle. It is convenient to do this directly on a baking mat. Cut the peaches into slices and start arranging them in a circle, leaving a 4-5 cm border.2 pcs peach
- Sprinkle with the remaining sugar.50 g sugar
- Fold the edges up over the filling, forming folds if necessary. You can also sprinkle the dough with sugar.
- Place the prepared galette in the oven and bake at 170 โ for 20-25 minutes. The peach galette is ready. Optionally, garnish with mint. If serving hot, it is very delicious to serve with vanilla ice cream.
