Chocolate cherry galette
Today we are preparing a very tasty dessert for chocolate and cherry lovers. A beautiful, rustic chocolate cherry galette baked in the oven will even decorate a festive table. The dough is crispy, the filling is rich and aromatic.

Ingredients
- 100 g butter
- 150 g flour
- 30 ml water icy
- 1 pinch salt
- 100 g sugar
- 300 g cherry
- 30 g starch
- 80 g chocolate bitter
Instructions
- Prepare everything necessary.
- First, start with the dough. In a bowl, mix flour, 30 g of sugar, and salt. Add pieces of butter from the refrigerator.100 g butter, 150 g flour, 100 g sugar, 1 pinch salt
- Quickly rub together with your hands until crumbly. Pour in the water, which should be previously placed in the freezer to become icy.30 ml water
- Knead the dough. It will be soft but not sticky. Put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.
- For the filling, frozen cherries are used here. Pit the cherries, place them in a saucepan. Also add starch and the remaining sugar.300 g cherry, 30 g starch, 100 g sugar
- Cook until thickened. If using fresh cherries and there is not enough juice, add 70 ml of water. Let it cool, then add half of the chocolate.80 g chocolate
- Roll out the dough into a circle, sprinkle with a small amount of starch.30 g starch
- Place the filling, distributing it in a circle so that a couple of centimeters remain from the edges. Sprinkle with pieces of the remaining chocolate.80 g chocolate
- Turn the edges over the filling, gathering in folds where necessary.
- Bake in the oven at 170โ for 20 minutes. The chocolate galette is ready. The filling is not too runny, but it is better to let the dessert cool to a warm state before serving.
