Puff pastry sausage rolls
Puff pastry sausage rolls are a favorite food for many. But this dish can be made much more interesting and attractive. Today we are preparing sausages in dough on skewers. Ingredients
- 4 pcs sausages doctor’s
- 200 g yeast-free puff pastry
- 1 pcs egg yolk
- ยฝ tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Prepare everything necessary. Remove the casings from the sausages. The dough can be either yeast or puff pastry.

- Make one turn, and the sausage will be inside. Trim the excess. To secure the connection of the edges, you can moisten the seam with a little water. The dough should be of the same thickness on all sides, then the dish will look more beautiful.
- With a sharp knife, cut the workpiece into 2-centimeter-wide discs. To prevent the dough from sticking to the blade, it should be dusted with flour. Thread the workpieces onto skewers.
- Leave for a quarter of an hour and let the shell rise a little.

- Bake for 15 minutes at 170โ until the pastry is golden brown. Sausages in dough on skewers are ready. They can be served immediately or after cooling, offering your favorite sauce as an addition.
