Raspberry tiramisu
The famous Italian dessert with juicy raspberries – a bold but successful combination. The tart and fragrant berry harmonizes with the taste of coffee. The creamy cheese filling brings all the components together and makes the dessert incredibly delicate.

- 3 mix bowl
- 2 plate
- 1 mixer
- 1 teaspoon
- 1 spatula
Ingredients
- 250 g mascarpone
- 200 ml cream 33%
- 12 pcs ladyfingers
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 1 tsp coffee instant
- 2 tbsp cognac
- 1 cup raspberry
- 150 ml boiling water
Instructions
- Prepare everything you need. Gently wash the raspberries and dry them on a dishcloth.
- Pour boiling water over the coffee, cover with a plate, and let it steep for a couple of minutes. Add cognac or other alcohol if desired. This ingredient can be omitted if desired.1 tsp coffee, 150 ml boiling water, 2 tbsp cognac
- Put the mascarpone in a bowl together with the powdered sugar.250 g mascarpone, 100 g powdered sugar
- Mix well. Beat the cream separately until soft peaks form, then add half of it to the mascarpone mixture and gently mix with a spatula. Add the remaining cream as well.200 ml cream
- Dip the ladyfingers into the coffee, sugar side down, for about two seconds, until they are soaked about halfway through.12 pcs ladyfingers
- Arrange the soaked ladyfingers on a plate in a single row, coffee side up. Spread half of the mascarpone cream over them.
- Arrange the raspberries on top.1 cup raspberry
- Add another layer of ladyfingers.
- And cream. Refrigerate in this form for 4-6 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
- Before serving, garnish with raspberries and sprinkle cocoa or instant coffee through a sieve. Raspberry Tiramisu is ready.
