Cottage cheese tiramisu
Cottage cheese tiramisu is a very tender and delicious dessert that has gained popularity all over the world. Today we will show you how to make it from available ingredients. We will replace mascarpone with regular cottage cheese and sour cream. It will be incredibly delicious!

Ingredients
- 17 pcs ladyfingers
- 400 g cottage cheese
- 100 g sour cream 15-20%
- 90 g sugar
- 10 g vanilla sugar optional 1 g vanilla
- 20 g coffee
- 250 ml boiling water
- 4 tsp cocoa powder
Instructions
- Prepare the necessary ingredients.
- First, prepare strong coffee. You can brew it in a cezve or simply pour boiling water over it. Cool the brewed coffee to room temperature. Optionally, you can also add a little strong wine, brandy, or liqueur to it. If children will be eating the dessert, it is better to prepare it without adding alcohol.20 g coffee, 250 ml boiling water
- Mix cottage cheese, sour cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla sugar.400 g cottage cheese, 100 g sour cream, 90 g sugar, 10 g vanilla sugar
- Blend the mixture with an immersion blender until smooth.
- Dip the ladyfingers in the cooled coffee for just one second. Place the soaked ladyfingers in a rectangular mold measuring 25*15 cm.17 pcs ladyfingers
- Evenly spread half of the cottage cheese cream on top of the ladyfingers.
- Place another layer of coffee-soaked ladyfingers on top.
- Cover it with the remaining amount of cream.
- Cover the dessert with cling film and refrigerate for 2-3 hours (or overnight). After the tiramisu has soaked, divide it into pieces. Generously sprinkle cocoa on individual plates and serve. Optionally, garnish the dessert with berries and fresh mint. Enjoy your meal!4 tsp cocoa powder
