Sausage puff pastry
Today we are preparing a great snack, sausage puff pastry on the table. These cute buttons are so eye-catching. A good option for a children's party. Without much effort, you can quickly make a whole baking sheet of such mini pastries.

- 1 chopping board
Ingredients
- 3 pcs sausages
- 200 g puff pastry
- 1 pcs egg
Instructions
- Prepare everything necessary. Take the puff pastry out of the freezer an hour in advance so that it has time to thaw and become soft. Choose a yeast-free option.
- Remove the sausages from their casings and cut into slices about a centimeter thick. From one standard sausage, you will get 10-12 pieces3 pcs sausages
- Lay the dough on the board, do not roll out. Place sausage slices on top, estimating how you can cut it.200 g puff pastry
- With a decorative or regular knife, cut into strips, then divide into squares. From one sheet of dough, I got 18 blanks, from two – 36 mini pastries.
- Transfer to a baking sheet, brush with beaten egg.1 pcs egg
- Place the sausages on top, slightly pressing them into the dough.
- Bake in the oven at 160โ until the dough rises and layers, 12-15 minutes. A light golden crust should appear on top.
- The puff pastries with sausages are ready. Complement with sauce, simply with ketchup or mayonnaise.
