  • 3 pcs sausages
  • 200 g puff pastry
  • 1 pcs egg

  • Prepare everything necessary. Take the puff pastry out of the freezer an hour in advance so that it has time to thaw and become soft. Choose a yeast-free option.

  • Remove the sausages from their casings and cut into slices about a centimeter thick. From one standard sausage, you will get 10-12 pieces
