Homemade hot chocolate
There is such a warm hot chocolate on the table today. To our taste, the proportions here are just perfect. A small amount of starch does not give the consistency of jelly, but it makes the drink a little thicker and viscous.

Ingredients
- 100 g chocolate dark (90%)
- 500 ml milk
- 1 tbsp corn starch
Instructions
- Prepare everything you need. Chocolate for a drink needs high-quality, it can be a chocolate bar with 90% cocoa content. Potato starch is also suitable.
- Pour milk into a saucepan (leave about 100 ml in a cup), put the broken chocolate into pieces. Put on the fire and wait for the chocolate to completely dissolve. At the same time, stir frequently, otherwise the bottom may burn.500 ml milk, 100 g chocolate
- Pour starch into the remaining milk, a teaspoon with a slide, and mix until total dissolution.1 tbsp corn starch
- Pour the starch mixture into the boiling chocolate milk in a thin stream.
- Keep on a low heat, constantly stirring, until bubbles appear, that is, let it boil again. Try, depending on the variety and type of chocolate. Someone may not have enough sweetness, in this case add a little sugar.
- Hot chocolate is ready. It remains to pour it into cups and you can serve it.
