  • 10 g cocoa powder
  • 10 g butter


  • Prepare the necessary ingredients. Use high-quality cocoa, it should be brown and have a strong chocolate aroma. It is preferable to use chocolate with a cocoa content of at least 50%.

  • In a deep bowl, mix cocoa, sugar, and flour.

  • Stir until slightly thickened, about 2-3 minutes. When the first bubbles appear and the mixture boils, stir continuously for another 30 seconds. Reduce the heat and add butter and chocolate. Stir until fully dissolved.

  • Remove from heat and immediately pour into a prepared baking dish. It is important to do this quickly, as the contents will thicken rapidly. Leave to cool completely, then refrigerate for 30 minutes. During this time, the pudding will stabilize and hold its shape well. Garnish with grated chocolate. Chocolate pudding is ready.
