  • Prepare the necessary ingredients. Use high-quality cocoa, it should be brown and have a strong chocolate aroma. It is preferable to use chocolate with a cocoa content of at least 50%.

  • In a deep bowl, mix cocoa, sugar, and flour.

  • Pour about 50 ml of milk and mix thoroughly with a whisk until the ingredients are fully combined.

  • Stir until slightly thickened, about 2-3 minutes. When the first bubbles appear and the mixture boils, stir continuously for another 30 seconds. Reduce the heat and add butter and chocolate. Stir until fully dissolved.

  • Remove from heat and immediately pour into a prepared baking dish. It is important to do this quickly, as the contents will thicken rapidly.
