Panna Cotta is an Italian dessert made with cream, gelatin, and sugar. But today we have a slightly non-traditional recipe, chocolate panna cotta with strawberries. Some tricks will allow you to surprise not only with the appearance but also with the taste.

Ingredients
  

  • 300 ml cream 12%
  • 10 g gelatin
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 50 g chocolate dark
  • 300 g strawberry

  • Prepare everything you need. You can use cream with a higher fat content or a lower percentage, and in a diet version, you can use milk. Pour gelatin with water and leave for the time indicated on the package.

  • Pour cream into a saucepan, add sugar (2 tablespoons). Optionally, add vanilla.

  • Place on the stove and heat until the sugar crystals dissolve. Add the swollen gelatin. It will dissolve immediately. If you are not sure about the quality of the gelatin, melt it in the microwave beforehand and strain it through a sieve to avoid gelatin lumps in the dessert.

  • Prepare glasses or cups for serving. Place them slightly tilted and carefully pour half of the hot cream. Put in the refrigerator for half an hour, the gelatin should set and not move.

  • In the remaining cream, while it is still hot, add pieces of dark chocolate. Stir until it dissolves.

  • Place the glasses tilted in the opposite direction and pour in the chocolate cream. Remove again to set.

  • Wash the strawberries, cut them and sprinkle with sugar. Leave for a couple of minutes for the berries to release juice.

  • Then mash with a fork or use an immersion blender to turn everything into a homogeneous berry puree. Put in glasses with chocolate and creamy jelly. Panna Cotta with strawberries and chocolate is ready. Just decorate with a mint leaf and serve.
