Ingredients
For the yogurt layer
- 300 g yogurt
- 8 g gelatin sheet

For the berry layer
- 100 g raspberry
- 4 g gelatin sheet
- 1 tbsp water
Instructions
- Prepare the specified ingredients. Berries can be either fresh or frozen. Use natural yogurt without sugar and flavorings. It should also be at room temperature.
Yogurt layer
- Immediately prepare the yogurt layer. For this, soak the sheet gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes.8 g gelatin, 2 tbsp water
- Put the softened gelatin in a small bowl, pour two tablespoons of water and heat in a water bath or microwave until the gelatin dissolves.
- Pour the gelatinous liquid into the yogurt and mix thoroughly. You can beat with an immersion blender. Add sweetener to taste. Pour into prepared portioned molds and carefully place in the refrigerator until set.300 g yogurt
Berry layer

- Pour the berry mass on top of the yogurt and also send to the refrigerator.
