Hot chocolate with marshmallows is made simply. It turns out very tasty and warming. Thanks to the addition of starch, the drink acquires a pleasant, smooth, slightly stretchy consistency.

Ingredients
- 240 ml milk
- 50 g chocolate dark (80%)
- 80 ml water
- 2 tsp starch potato or corn
- 2 tsp sugar

- Prepare the necessary ingredients

- Place the saucepan on the stove. Heat the mixture over low heat, stirring constantly, until it is almost boiling. At this point, most of the chocolate will have dissolved, but some will still float on the surface in small particles.
- Stir the water and starch mixture again and pour it into the saucepan. Continue to cook the drink, stirring constantly, until it thickens and the chocolate is completely dissolved. The mixture should become smooth, glossy, and uniform in texture. At this stage, it is also necessary to taste the drink. If desired, you can increase the amount of sugar. The thickness of the hot chocolate can also be adjusted by adding additional milk or starch.
