Instructions
- Prepare the necessary ingredients. Use hard or semi-hard cheese that melts well.
- Put a pot with salted cold water on the heat, bring to a boil and add the pasta. Reduce the heat and cook according to the package instructions. The pasta should remain slightly firm, so it’s very important not to overcook it.150 g spaghetti, 1 pinch salt
- Pour the cream into a saucepan or pan with high sides, put on the heat and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and add the butter. Wait for it to melt.200 g cream, 20 g butter

- Drain the pasta in a colander, rinse slightly with cold water and let the excess liquid drain. Transfer to the pan.
