Strawberry smoothie bowl
Smoothie bowl is a fashionable, delicious and healthy breakfast. Breakfasts of yoghurts and milk, natural fruits and berries, seeds and dried fruits simply take over social media with their colors. The strawberry smoothie bowl is made from berry&banana puree with oat flakes. The recipe is simple, looks impressive and attractive.
Equipment
- 1 mix bowl
- 1 blender
- 1 tablespoon
- 1 blender container
Ingredients
- 1 pc banana
- 150 g strawberry
- 100 g milk
- 1 tbsp oat flakes
Instructions
- Prepare everything you need. Wash and peel strawberries and bananas. Vegetable milk can be used instead of cow's milk. Take small raw oats
- Cut strawberries and bananas arbitrarily (leave a few pieces for decoration), put them in a container.1 pc banana, 150 g strawberry
- Pour in the oat flakes and milk. Sugar isnโt required here, but, for a sweet tooth, you can still add a little sugar or honey.100 g milk, 1 tbsp oat flakes
- Beat with an immersion blender until smooth. Leave for a couple of minutes so that the flakes swell slightly.
- Put in a mix bowl.
- Decorate as at heart's ease. There are pieces of strawberry and banana, cashews, almonds, coconut chips, sesame seeds and mint leaves. Choose toppings according to your taste.1 pc banana, 150 g strawberry
