Wild garlic salad with eggs
In early spring, wild garlic appears on the shelves of stores and markets. It looks like lily of the valley leaves and tastes like young garlic. It is also known as bear's onion or wild garlic. Wild garlic salad with eggs has a pleasant spiciness. It is excellent for replenishing the vitamin deficiency that we all experience after a long winter. This salad goes well with any side dish.

Ingredients
- 60 g wild garlic
- 1 pc cucumber
- 2 pcs eggs
- 40 g mayonnaise
- 20 g parsley
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
Instructions
- Boil the eggs hard. To do this, put them in a pot with cold water, put on the fire and cook for 10 minutes after boiling. After this time, transfer the eggs to cool in ice water. Thanks to the temperature drop, they will be much easier to peel.2 pcs eggs
- Thoroughly wash the wild garlic. Leave it in a colander for a while to drain the excess water. Then chop it. The stems of young wild garlic are not tough, so they can also be chopped and added to the salad.60 g wild garlic
- Wash the cucumber and chop it into small sticks. If desired, you can peel it beforehand.1 pc cucumber
- Also chop the washed parsley and add it to the salad bowl.20 g parsley
- Peel the eggs. Cut them into small cubes or grate them on a coarse grater.2 pcs eggs
