  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch Provencal herbs
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 pinch salt

  • Prepare everything you need. Buy or make puff pastry. If it is frozen, let it thaw for an hour.

  • Unpack the Camembert cheese and make cuts on top in the form of a grid, about halfway through the thickness of the head. It is very important not to touch the sides. Insert thin slices of garlic into the cuts.
