Banoffee cheesecake
Banoffee pie is a pie with bananas, caramel and cream. As a basis, shortbread dough is used, which in the version of this dessert without baking can be replaced with cookies. Dessert is served immediately, so it can be a great option when there is no time at all. The pie is hearty, delicious and beautiful.

- 100 g butter
- 300 g boiled condensed milk
- 250 ml cream 33%
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp coffee instant
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Prepare everything you need.
- Grind shortbread cookies to crumbs in any way. You can punch it in a food processor or put it in a bag and walk with a rolling pin. Pour melted butter into the cookies.200 g shortbread cookies, 100 g butter
- Mix.
- Pour the crumbs into a detachable mold and spread them over the bottom with a spoon or hands and form sides 5 cm high. The form here is 17 cm. Refrigerate for half an hour to solidify. Spread the boiled condensed milk on the base.300 g boiled condensed milk
- Whisk cream with sugar.250 ml cream, 2 tbsp sugar
- Peel the bananas and cut them lengthwise into two parts. Put it on condensed milk. Pour lemon juice so that it does not turn black.3 pcs banana, 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Layer bananas again and sprinkle with lemon juice. Put the whipped cream, trying to fill the voids between the bananas.
