  • Grind shortbread cookies to crumbs in any way. You can punch it in a food processor or put it in a bag and walk with a rolling pin. Pour melted butter into the cookies.

  • Pour the crumbs into a detachable mold and spread them over the bottom with a spoon or hands and form sides 5 cm high. The form here is 17 cm. Refrigerate for half an hour to solidify. Spread the boiled condensed milk on the base.

  • Whisk cream with sugar.

  • Peel the bananas and cut them lengthwise into two parts. Put it on condensed milk. Pour lemon juice so that it does not turn black.

  • Layer bananas again and sprinkle with lemon juice. Put the whipped cream, trying to fill the voids between the bananas.
